THE INDEX CLUB / WORK
Proof should survive context.
The Index Club publishes case studies only when the work, constraints, commercial outcomes, and timeframes can be documented transparently.
This page defines our proof framework: how we evaluate results, what standards a published case study must meet, and where proof is grouped across our search practice.
Proof Standard
We hold published work to strict reporting standards so proof remains meaningful:
What the business was facing, including market context, tech stack, and category competition.
The commercial or technical search issue that made senior intervention necessary.
The technical, content, architecture, or authority changes executed.
The strategic judgment, sequence of decisions, and trade-offs made during execution.
The outcome with baseline metrics, timeframe, and commercial context (revenue, leads, demand).
What else changed, what cannot be claimed, and ongoing performance stability.
Current Status
Approved public case studies are added only when permission is granted by member brands.
Until then, this page documents our exact proof standards, methodology, and service capabilities. We do not publish unverified metrics or fake client logos.
