THE CLUB LIBRARY
Each month, members receive one book.
Not an SEO manual. Something chosen because it helps us think more clearly about organisations, decisions, behaviour, systems, creativity, markets or people.
The Club Library records the selections and why they were worth sending.
PUBLISHING STRUCTURE
This is the publishing structure for factual member selections, not an invented archive:
By [Author]
Why we sent it
[80-150 words linking the book to a practical strategic idea.]
The margin note
[One original Index Club observation inspired by the book. Do not reproduce copyrighted text from the book.]
Apply it
[One question members can ask of their organisation.]
SELECTION CRITERIA
They should sharpen commercial judgement.
They should make a search problem easier to diagnose.
They should help members think about systems, behaviour or decisions.
They should not become decorative perks.
LIBRARY INTEGRITY
Book selections should be added only when they were genuinely sent or approved for members. Do not backfill a library with invented months.
